Using the composer
Text entered into the enquiry composer stays in the current browser page until you choose an action. This website does not send those fields to a form backend or save them in local storage. The generated message includes an enquiry reference and a link to this site. It uses the contact-page link when no valid link was supplied.
Opening WhatsApp or email
When you choose Open WhatsApp, the prepared message is passed to WhatsApp. When you choose Open email, it is passed to your configured email application. Review the message before sending. These services handle information under their own policies.
Information you send
Only include information needed to discuss your business enquiry. Do not include payment card details, passwords or unnecessary personal information. To ask about information you have sent, contact sales@tinghaopets.com or use the WhatsApp contact on this site.
Website operation
The site code contains no advertising pixels or analytics scripts and does not set browser cookies. Hosting and messaging providers may process technical information when you use their services.
